METHODS OF BOOKING & PAYMENT
Bookings and payments can be made a number of ways:
Online Bookings & Payments
We accept card payments using our online booking system. Payments are made using credit card via PayPal, which is a safe and trusted method of making card payments all around the world. However PayPal isn’t available in Nepal, and so payments using PayPal will show as Funuru Sherpa, one of our Directors who also spends time living in Australia. It should be noted that you accept responsibility for all surcharges incurred to book online using PayPal as a payment method.
Money Transfer
We can accept a money transfer straight into our bank account via international bank transfer. The invoice we send you will contain the SWIFT Code you need to make an international money transfer. You can also use a money transfer service such as Western Union or Wise. In our experience, Wise is the better of the two services as it is easy to use, deposits straight into our account (often within a matter of hours), has a much better exchange rate, and lower fees. Should you wish to book and pay this way, then please let us know when making your booking.
Cash
You can choose to pay the balance of your trekking package costs in cash upon arrival in Nepal, prior to the trek departure. You can also book direct with us in Kathmandu, and pay by cash at the time of booking.
